His out-of-the-box approach and his unique business strengths provide the platform for CIT to deliver innovative customer solutions that go beyond simple cost-cutting measures to help customers implement fundamental and beneficial changes in their operating model and business and IT architecture.

Richard brings over 20 years of wisdom from the IT industry with experience in sales, marketing and customer support at an operational and managerial level with companies such as Plessey, Granada and Memorex.
