The “whole system” approach to cultural transformation is based
on the integral model developed by Ken Wilber, and brings
together multiple transformation methodologies and tools,
including the CTT set developed by Richard Barrett and used by
the Centre for Integral Transformation.
The integral model is represented by a four-quadrant matrix,
comprised of the internal of the individual, the internal of the
collective, the external of the individual, and the external of
the collective.
