The group of individuals who together created
the Centre for Integral Transformation have all had extensive
experience in industry; delivering major programmes in leading
companies and departments. They share a drive for efficient
processes and have significant knowledge of, for example,
ISO9000.
The common theme which brought them together
was a passionate belief in people as the most valuable asset of
any organisation. A statement which is often quoted but rarely
believed in with the intensity of this group
